BROADWAY MARKETING
COORDINATOR
Award-winning entertainment marketing firm HHC Marketing is
seeking a marketing coordinator to add to their team.
Applicants must be highly organized, detail oriented, have
excellent communications, writing and multi-tasking skills.
Clients include: Xanadu, Jersey Boys, Spamalot (NYC & Vegas),
Phantom of the Opera, The Farnsworth Invention, The Seafarer, A
Bronx Tale, Is He Dead, Altar Boyz, My First Time, Awesome 80's
Prom, Make Me A Song, and others.
Duties include:
Research and contact prospective promotional partners and
negotiate promotions.
Arrange event details. Administer promotional programs created by account
executives. Ability to write detail-driven memos to advertising, public
relations, performers and clients Maintenance of ongoing programs including barter deals and
off-site advertising assignments. Other duties as per the norm of any marketing/promotions
firm.
NOTE: Applicants MUST live in the New York metro area, and
have been a resident for at least 6 months. In addition,
applicants should have prior experience in live entertainment
and/or marketing/promotions. Must be fluent in Word and be internet
savvy.
Salary: Entry level plus health insurance, 401K and free
tickets to entertainment events/shows.

Marketing/Promotions firm is currently seeking intern. We
are looking for friendly, motivated, and detail oriented
individuals to join our team as MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL
INTERNS. Learn about all facets of the theatrical marketing
business including, marketing, promotions, advertising and
administration.
Ideal candidates will assist in the planning, marketing and
execution of promotions and events. Candidates will also
interact with the media industry including radio, TV, print,
and outdoor as well as public relations firms and more.
Excellent computer, written and telephone skills required.
A small stipend of $20 a day and college credit is
available. Interns also receive free tickets to various
theatrical productions and events.
Multiple Intern Positions are available.
