Profile:
NJ TRANSIT is the nation's third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit, linking major points in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia. HHC negotiated a multi-tiered promotion that highlighted the diversity of the partner's services, while celebrating the richness of the client's status as a trusted and embraced New York City landmark event. Client was featured throughout the entire 3-month campaign, in every piece of copy and art, at no cost to the client.

Exposure included:

A) PRINT - Client received placement and mention in all newspaper ads supporting this campaign. Papers include The Bergen Record and The Star Ledger.

B) RADIO - Client featured in all produced radio commercials. Stations included: WABC, WAXQ, WCBS, WLTW, WPLJ and WQCD.

C) OUTDOOR - Client featured on bus wraps, bus station posters, railway posters, on-board signage, seat covers, and crash cushions.

D) WEBSITE - Client featured on partner's website with special discount for NY Transit riders. Promotion page was visited by 90,000 users/7,000,000 hits per month.

E) PRESS EVENTS - Client featured in numerous press conferences with key government officials including Govenor McGreevey, Senator Latutenberg and Secaucus Mayor Just. 

Strategy:
HHC oversaw all aspects of the promotion including negotiation of partnership, creative, administrative and media.

Implementation:
HHC facilitating all aspects of the promotion including administrative, creative, media, negotiation with partner and conduit for relations between promotional partner and production.

Results:
Client received over a billion impressions to our targeted market during the length of the promotion. Partnership perfectly matched the client's current stategic campaign and supported the client's one primary message in the marketplace  - that PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is EVERYONE'S favorite New York City Event.
