Profile:
The Westchester Latino Expo is a "Festival of Hispanic Culture, Business, and Entertainment". 2003 Winner of the prestigious "Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year," The Westchester Latino Expo is an annual event with over 15,000 Latinos in attendance. Client was featured in a highly advertised and publicized sweepstakes, to be given away on each day of the Expo.

Exposure included:

A) PRINT - Client received logo placement and copy mention in all print advertisements. Media included: Westchester Life, El Aguila Newspaper, The Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals, The Journal News and La Voz Hispana de CT.

B) RADIO - Client received copy mention in all produced spots and promo giveaways popular Latino radio stations including: WFAS AM/FM, Hot 97, WCAA (Latino Mix) and WADO.

C) TELEVISION - Client received logo placement and copy mention on produced TV spots. Flight ran on Westchester1.com and Newschannel 12.

D) ON-SITE SWEEPSTAKES - Client was featured as the "Grand Prize" sweepstakes, offering two family six-packs of tickets, backstage tours with the opportunity to meet the cast as a grand prize.

Strategy:
ANNA IN THE TROPICS sought out a partnership with a trusted event in the Latino community that would allow maximum exposure, at no cost to the client.

Implementation:
HHC oversaw all aspects of the event including negotiation of partnership, creative, administrative and media.

Results:
By participating in this event, ANNA IN THE TROPICS received over 12.5 million impressions to target Latino market in the NY/NJ/CT area, at no cash cost to the client. Partner was extremely pleased with the turnout at the event and with the excitement from attendees surrounding ANNA IN THE TROPICS, and has invited the client to participate in all future events.
